The Boys 2 Men (“B2M”) mentor program endeavors to help young men (primarily ages 12-21)
to develop and succeed in life skills development, while focusing on practical biblical training and
implementation.
Vision: To reach young men on a personal and community level through mentoring and group
activities to empower them to become men with godly character and integrity.
Mission: B2M seeks to encourage young men to be self-controlled and set an example in Christian
standards using the life of Jesus Christ our savior as an example. We will teach and display integrity
through the modeling of exemplary behavior. The seriousness and soundness of this commitment is
deeply rooted in faith.
Objective: To meet with young men allowing them a non-threatening atmosphere to express their
questions and comments about life as a young male in this generation and to process the information
with the male mentor.
Motto/Slogan: “Coaching boys in the game of life.”
Scripture Focus: Proverbs 22:6 (KJV) – Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he
will not depart from it.
Goals:
• To meet twice a month to discuss a preset topic, share, strategize, problem solve and
fellowship with all young men.
• To be able to express emotions and opinions in a non-judgmental, non-biased manner.
• To attain membership of each young man who attends a meeting and encourage ongoing
participation.
• To invite participants to Love and Live Again Ministries worship service (particularly those
without a church home).
• Choose a community program to get involved in once every 3 months.
• To be alert to the concerns and dilemmas of B2M participants and respond with the
appropriate referrals and resources.
• To maintain B2M mentoring is NOT therapy or counseling.
Obtain new member data to identify potential B2M participants.
Collect, input, and monitor attendance data of participants consistently.
Contact participants via phone/email to remind them of monthly meeting.
Monthly community outreach in geographical locations for attendance and membership of
B2M.

Parent Liaison: Garner support of parents to bring their sons and financially support the program
The Music and Worship Arts Ministry endeavors to provide an atmosphere of praise and reverence through the ministry of music, song, and various worship art styles that edify the Love and Live Again Ministries worship services.
Vision: To effectively and efficiently deliver the message of Christ through music and worship arts that will enhance the worship experience of parishioners.
Mission: To engage, empower and inspire individuals to become effective participants and leaders in the music and worship arts that include, but are not limited to, music, flags, and dance in order to minister the love and grace of Christ to the masses.
Objective: To provide a key component to the worship service that compliments the preached word thereby leaving a residue in the spirit, heart, and mind of those attending service and they will in turn seek a closer walk with God.
